Bryan has represented and counseled hundreds of individuals, families, and business owners in all areas of estate and business planning.


With a particular focus on business formation and exit strategies, Bryan works primarily with individuals, partners, and family businesses on issues such as partnership and co-owner relationships, as well as exit strategies including both sale and intra-family succession.

Prior to receiving his LLM in Tax and Estate Planning from Chapman University School of Law, Bryan received his JD and MBA from Texas Tech University and his BA in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton.


Bryan is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central District of California, and all state courts in California. Bryan is a member of The American Bar Association; The State Bar of California; California Lawyer's Association, The Orange County Bar Association, the Orange County Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and the BYU Management Society.

As a third-generation Southern Californian, Bryan currently lives with his wife and three children in South Orange County.
